I Am...

I am small but strong
I wonder if each person enjoys my massage
I hear soft music
I see what I feel
I am small but strong

I pretend I am dancing as I massage
I feel lavender lotion on my hands
I touch tense muscles
I worry about my hand pressure
I cry for those in pain
I am small but strong

I understand that I can't please everyone
I say "celebrate life"
I dream big
I hope for healing to those receiving my massages
I am small but strong

The word small is tossed around alot in this world when it comes to describing things around us. When it comes to you the word small is the farthest from my mind. We often think of the physical features in life when it comes to the description of an individual. When I look at you I see someone that is big not small. You are big in so many ways, such as your personality, your smile, and most of all your heart. There are probably many other things about you that make you bigger than you may see yourself, but those are a few that stand out to me. So just remember no matter how small you feel you will alwyas be big to me.

Bridget-
I love it! I agree with everything Scott said, and am really excited that you are starting a blog too! Hooray!
The poem sounds like you, and makes me think of how much you love your family, friends, boyfriend, and massage.
